A protective acrylic coating, for curing and sealing new and old concrete surfaces. This water based coating can be used for interior and exterior applications. Protects against grease, dirt, chemicals, and stains. Fast drying with no solvent fumes makes this an ideal product for use in closed areas. Curing membrane performance meets ASTM C-156 requirements.

Manufacturer’s Recommendation: This coating is to be applied without thinning.
VOC Content = 36.3 grams/liter, excluding water

DIRECTIONS
PREPARATION: If sealing old concrete, remove all grease, oil, and other foreign material by scrubbing with a heavy-duty cleaner and good scrub brushes. Smooth dense concrete surfaces should be acid conditioned before application. Rinse floor thoroughly with clear water and allow floor to dry.

APPLICATION: Spread a liberal coat evenly across the floor using a mop, squeegee, roller, lamb’s wool applicator or other appropriate applicator. If higher gloss is desired apply a second coat after allowing first coat to dry for at least 45 minutes. Surface temperature should be above 50°F. Allow final coat to dry at least 12 hours before allowing heavy traffic onto floor.
